Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead factory independently.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing volume.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Increase production, quality and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Collaborate with IE & Planning for line planning, process breakdown, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Attend customer meeting, production meeting, share roadmap and make sure on-time delivery on a priority basis.
∎ Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ To motivate the workforce for achieving the company's goal.
∎ Lead automation, innovation & adaptation of technology.
∎ Have to ensure good working Environment.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
∎ Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issue.
∎ Attend customer meeting, production meeting, share roadmap and make sure on-time delivery on a priority basis.
∎ Communicate and closely work with top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having woven product knowledge and experience will get preference.
∎ Analytical ability and problem-solving attitude are must to meet the business requirements.
∎ Achieve business KPI and lead team towards achieving goal would be considered as right fit.
∎ Leadership skills, People management, Ability to work under pressure, Decision making abilities, Good interpersonal communication skills would be considered as key criteria in choosing the right candidate
∎ Good communication skills on both Bangla & English.
∎ MS office work experience
