Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in any discipline/Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Block Manufacturing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to prepare daily Monthly and yearly production plan effectively according to market demand.
∎ Responsible for daily production and achievement of daily production target with quality standards
∎ Ensure production as per planning.
∎ Ensure that Optimum utilization of man, machine & material.
∎ Maintain production and QC productivity at optimum level.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Daily reporting to management.
∎ Always have to communicate with the Management ,Sales and planning team and solve every production issues related to Market demand and planning.
∎ Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with departmental Head as well as top management.
∎ Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians, and engineers.
∎ Should have sound Technical knowledge and experience in Block Manufacturing technique, System, process and procedure.
∎ Coordinate, collect validate and arrange production data and report to Top Management with the help of Factory Operations Team
∎ Ensure standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation tests, methods, and procedures.
∎ Formulate work schedules for the production team and communicate expected deliverables to achieve the production targets and objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) in the relevant field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Concrete Block & Tiles Production
∎ Should have experience in Manufacturing management, Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, Production/ Operation Management
∎ Excellent knowledge on Block and tiles manufacturing industries.
∎ Must possess very good interpersonal skills, to maintain effective relationship with Workers, Supervisors and Managers.
∎ Good knowledge of Compliance, Labor Law and Rules & Regulations in Bangladesh.
