∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall sales to targeted market /area.
∎ Lead the team members to spared market share.
∎ Creation and Development of dealer, Sub-dealer and Channel Partner in targeted market.
∎ To prepare Budgets, Sales Forecasts, Sales Performance Reviews & Projections.
∎ Forecasts, plan, Develop and implement the marketing & sales strategy and achieve the targeted sales volume.
∎ Prepare and present report to management on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
∎ Analysis of market trends and forecasting
∎ Planning new product launches or other major events to promote brand awareness and increase sales.
∎ Proven assurance of outstanding recovery
∎ Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products to prospective customers
∎ Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
∎ Direct sales activity: Visit construction sites, govt. and non govt. stakeholder.
∎ Ensure to promote the brand (Business).
∎ Visits retailers and monitors performance & motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Implements projects and trials for the area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Business Development, Computer knowledge, Problem solving and decision making, Sales & Marketing, Strong analytical ability
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):tiles industry, Block industries.
