Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textile Technology
∎ B.Sc (Hons)/ Diploma with 20 years' experience from any Spinning Background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to achieve production efficiency above 95% of capacity for Spinning & Rotor Operation.
∎ Experience in Higher count production like 40 and above will get an advantage as candidate
∎ Assist to reduce wastage production and must have versatile knowledge regarding mixing ratio in Rotor production
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to the productivity of the entire production unit of Spinning & Rotor factory.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage effectively and efficiently.
∎ Must have leadership qualities to guide how to optimize resources.
∎ Establishing and maintaining identification and traceability requirement.
∎ Inspection test status, taking corrective and preventive action.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to the productivity of the production unit for Spinning by ensuring optimum utilization of men, machines, and materials to yield high productivity.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
∎ Strive to ensure the best possible QC practice and this is kept up to date with industry standards.
∎ Handle urgent and critical situations.
∎ Follow up of the quality-related reports daily and ensure accurate report submission. Prepare a report on the raw-material quality statement.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Higher count production like 40 and above
∎ Control over wastage production is a must
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Spinning/Rotor Operation, Production
∎ Communication & Collaboration, Critical thinking & Problem solving, Leading people, Planning & Organizing, Adaptability.
∎ Knowledge of QC process.
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/machinery.
∎ Computer Literacy.
