Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage a team of around 40 personnel selling agro based products.
∎ Capable & diplomatic in managing 250+ dealers throughout the country plus institutional customers.
∎ Annual budget planning and setting up target based on industry.
∎ Execute target distribution by territory, ensure distribution depth, follow up target v/s achievement & provide feedback.
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue target
∎ Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and resolve customer complaints regarding sales
∎ Lead, monitor, control, motivate team members/ workmate to achieve individual's sales target
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets both-in Sales and Collection
∎ Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company's interest
∎ Keep update on market intelligence
∎ Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the department and maintain inventory control
∎ Ensure that sales prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospects' database.
∎ Manage a big sales team and guide them in achieving individual as well as company goal.
∎ Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review meeting.
∎ Manage all sales communication and requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Should have the ability to develop ideas and strategies to improve business and meet the company objective through achievements.
∎ Regular & systematic credit follow up
∎ To prepare monthly report with detail customer information, competitors overall sales and marketing activities, assessing promotional actions with overall observations and suggestions to gear up marketing plan.
∎ To organize product meeting with customers to inform product features, benefits and provide other necessary information to clarify technical queries.
∎ Build strong relationship and keep in touch with customers.
∎ To handle complaints by maintaining good relationship with the customers.
∎ Implementation of promotion planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Age limit is flexible for outstanding candidates.
∎ At least 16 years of experience in relevant field with minimum 9 years of experience in managing large volume & credit driven market.
∎ Managing dealers will require a lot of travelling throughout the country.
∎ Ability to forecast future market & respond to the market shifting & adapting new policies furnished by the company of the industry.
∎ Computer skill is mandatory.
