∎ The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based sales operation at least 7 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
∎ Manage and enhance the company's brand positioning across multiple channels (online and offline).
∎ Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities.
∎ Oversee the preparation of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
∎ Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with media, advertising agencies, and strategic partners.
∎ Guide and mentor the marketing team; set goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and development.
∎ Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to senior management.
∎ Coordinate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated.
∎ Lead market research and customer feedback programs to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.
