∎ Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), automation systems, and industrial control systems is highly preferred.
∎ Quick decision-making ability under pressure to minimize downtime.
∎ Presentable & friendly.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based factory operation & maintenance at least 5 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Oversee and execute repairs, adjustments, and upgrades of machinery and utilities.
∎ Plan and manage maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop solutions for recurring issues.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
∎ Supervise maintenance contractors and service providers as required.
∎ Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
∎ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and performance.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and energy conservation.
∎ Train and support machine operators in basic maintenance activities.
