∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ Masters/Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Highly capable candidate will be given preference).
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a reputed institute is preferable.
∎ Agriculture/Veterinary/Fisheries Degree holders are highly encouraged to apply. Diploma degree holders can also apply.
∎ For highly experienced candidate, educational qualification can be relaxed.

∎ The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based sales operation at least 5 years.
∎ Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical environment.
∎ Must have basic mathematics knowledge.
∎ As a transferable job, must have a mindset up to work anywhere in Bangladesh in anytime according to company’s requirement.
∎ Must have valid driving license & smart phone.
∎ Presentable & friendly.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based sales operation at least 5 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Able to handle sales team.
∎ Work with energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of head of Marketing and Sales.
∎ Supervise/ monitor territory sales executives in order to raise sales volume.
∎ Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
