∎ The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based sales operation at least 3 years.
∎ Should have Commercial poultry management and Feed Marketing.
∎ Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical environment.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ As a transferable job, must have a mindset up to work anywhere in Bangladesh in anytime according to company’s requirement.
∎ Must have valid driving license & smart phone.
∎ Presentable & friendly.

∎ To make Technical Program such as GTM, Farmers work shop & Seminar.
∎ To follow up treatment in farm level.
∎ To provide the Training through New farmers.
∎ To handle the complaint in dealers & farmers farm.
∎ To communicate with team members daily.
∎ To follow up the tour plan effectively.
∎ To solve the farm related problem daily.
∎ To provide Report to management daily, weekly & monthly.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
