• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduate from a recognized university (Engineering degree preferred).

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Packaging Industry

• 10+ years of experience in printing, publishing, production, project, or supply chain.

• Minimum 10 years of factory management experience.

• Good knowledge of Offset, Rotogravure, and Flexible printing.

• Leadership experience in printing, supply chain, or project management.

• Can handle many tasks in a deadline-focused environment.

• Computer skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Main Responsibilities

Planning

• Make production schedules, people planning, reports, and analysis.

• Productivity, Quality & Waste Control

• Improve work process and find ways to reduce costs by analyzing production data.

• Share supply chain requirements with the procurement team.

Training & Leadership

• Guide and train key employees to improve their performance.

• Share best practices and motivate the team.

Customer Relations

• Work with customers for better production and quality.

• Handle new designs, prototypes, templates, and print proofs with clients.

• Prepare product costing and price quotations.

Maintenance

• Help solve problems with the maintenance team.

• Lead during breakdowns or urgent situations.

Compliance & Quality

• Follow company rules, SOP, SLA, safety (EHS, OSHA), and other requirements.

• Improve the company’s quality management system (ISO certification).

Make sure all quality policies and procedures are followed.

• As per company policy
