Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, business development, expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management
∎ Develop and execute operating policies and procedures to support the overall goals and objectives of the SBU
∎ Assist the CEO to design strategic plan for profitability and sustainability of business
∎ Appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and revise strategies according to the business situation
∎ Establish and monitor control systems for inventory, assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses
∎ Lead, coach, develop and retain a high-performance management team with an emphasis on developing capable management succession
∎ Communicate the organization’s strategy/mission statement to the employees, and implement appropriate coaching/corrective practices to align employees with the goals of the organization
∎ Assist the CEO on the operation of the subsidiaries unit
