Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and operational efficiency.
∎ Set clear business objectives and ensure their achievement.
∎ Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
∎ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
∎ Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
∎ Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Implement promotional campaigns to attract customers.
∎ Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
∎ Optimize inventory levels to reduce wastage and stock shortages.
∎ Implement inventory tracking systems for accurate reporting.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
∎ Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
∎ Train staff on customer service best practices.
∎ New Recruit, Training, and manage store staff for business Profitability plan.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide necessary coaching.
∎ Motivate the team to achieve operational goals.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets to control operational costs.
∎ Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
∎ Ensure proper cash handling and financial reporting.
