Job Context:
∎ Career Opportunity at 100% leading Export Oriented Garments Factory in Production (Jacket Project).
∎ Job Location Tongi BSIC, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making production plan/advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with merchandizing, production and other relevant team;
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with timely delivery through strong production follow up;
∎ Ensure the accurate and optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction and increased profitability and follow up floors for effectively planning implementation;
∎ Communicate with related concerns (Merchandising/Warehouse/Fabric and Pattern division) in order to expedite ensuring necessary supports (for fabric, sewing/finishing materials) and various approvals (necessary to start production) to implement on time production start / smooth production flow for factories;
∎ Will follow up line wise daily production achievement as per given Target by IE;
∎ Need to keep "Time & Action Plan" (T&A) for the whole system (Fast React) through regular mail correspondence which is very much essential for effective Planning;
∎ Chase the finishing team for on time final inspection and ship the goods;
∎ Implement production planning and update time to time in Fast React Planning Software;
∎ Any other tasks assign by the Management.

∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ 12 to 15 year in a same designation (s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Jacket Garments Factory
∎ Padded Jacket.
∎ Quilted Jacket.
∎ Down Jacket
∎ Bomber Jacket
∎ Casual Jacket
∎ Gilet jacket
∎ Wind Breaker Jacket
∎ Marketing experience for Jacket Project.
