Job Context:
∎ The job will be for a General Manager for a 100% export oriented garments accessories and manufacturing company located in Uttara Export Processing Zone.
∎ Products: polybags, hangers, hang tag, stickers, offset printing, flexographic printing.
∎ Applicant must be technically sound with regards to machinery, raw materials and production.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing all aspects of factory
∎ Raw material procurement
∎ Workforce recruitment
∎ Overlooking machine import and maintenance
∎ Generating sales leads
∎ Maintain customs bond record (bonded warehouse)
∎ Overseeing daily business operations.
∎ Developing and implementing growth strategies.
∎ Training low-level managers and staff.
∎ Creating and managing budgets.
∎ Improving revenue.
∎ Hiring employees.
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity.
∎ Analyzing accounting and financial data.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to those with experience working in EPZ area.
