Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Special Experience for General Manager: Land Project Development & Handover.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategicmarketing plan
∎ Must be smiling face and self motivated with dynamic arrangement.
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

∎ Age 36 to 48 years
∎ General Manager: 15 to 20 year (s) (05 years Reputed Company).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area (s): Real Estate industry.
