We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Human Resources to lead the HR function of a Business Cluster at the Head Office in Dhaka.  The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving strategic HR initiatives, leading organizational development, and managing HR operations to foster a high-performance work culture and have to report directly to the board. 

Job Responsibilities:      

  • Provide leadership on organizational change and transformation.

  • Enhance employer branding to position the organization as a top industry employer.

  • Drive strategic HR initiatives like talent acquisition, employee retention, and organizational development.

  • Manage recruitment, payroll, performance appraisals, and employee engagement.

  • Manage standard HR software.
