∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Social Science (BSS), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and PGDHRM
∎ Diploma in Social Compliance.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certification Training and experience in seminar, workshop, Symposium etc.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Fire Safety and Rescue training must be appreciated.,Trade Course, PGT, Fire Safety Course
∎ Skills Required: Administrative, Buyer Handling, Computer literacy, Good communication skills

∎ At most 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR and compliance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Law & Rules, ILO Convention, COC of deferent brand/buyer (EU & USA), CAP reply, Audit Conduct- SA 8000, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OCS, RCS, GRS, PaCT, CT-PAT, CP, BEPI, HIGG, etc.
∎ Well experience in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Chemical Management, Utility management, Social Compliance, Technical Audit, QMS Audit, ICS Audit, etc.
∎ Experience in CSR Works and BWB (Better Work Bangladesh) and different types of development project, working experience under BNBC & NFPA.
∎ Well experience in ACCORD & ALLIANCE remediation works.
∎ Adequate knowledge in OB, OHS housekeeping issues as well as payroll management, recruitment, etc.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules
∎ Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top. Management of the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years

∎ At least 05 years in the same post.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
∎ Excellent Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team builder, well-organized, poses initiative and detail-oriented.
