Educational Requirements:
∎ Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 10 Years working experience in human resources management is preferred, Compliance, Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Spinning, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have the fair knowledge of Planning and coordinating with higher management on administrative procedures and systems.
∎ Formulate and implement HR and Admin related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ Overall in charge of HR, Compliance and Administration of factory.
∎ Should have the sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law-2006, Bangladesh Labour Rules 2015 (amendment 2022) and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.
∎ Responsible for maintaining liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, Labour Office, Environment office, Local influences etc.
∎ Experience in different audit such as ISO Audit, Accord - Alliance requirement (RSC), QMS, BSCI, SADDEX audit.
∎ Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
∎ Monitor that HR and Admin team supervise the duties and assignment of all service staffs.
∎ Work independently in the recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker and prepare job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check and etc.
∎ Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staffs.
∎ Work closely with the higher management on organizational HR & Admin issues.
∎ Ensure that proper staffing levels are in place.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
∎ Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of HR manual / policy in the organization.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training and counselling/motivation of employees.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ To handle employees Skill Matrix assessment (if required).
∎ To maintain discipline of the Industrial Park.
∎ To co-ordinate with MIS/ERP department for ensuring Daily Attendance, Leave management system, Monthly Salary & Wages generated by MIS including IT management tasks etc. of the employees.
∎ Any other issues are assigned by the higher management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
