Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- BBA/MBA in Apparel Merchandising from a reputed university.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa
Skills Required: Merchandising and Production.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Only Male
Having experience Minimum 3-5 Years in a Managerial or AGM role in Merchandising.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent buyer management ability.
In-depth knowledge of product development, costing, and supply chain.Ability to lead teams and handle pressure.
Good command over MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle buyers, inquiries, costing, and price negotiation.
Manage product development, sample follow-up, and approvals.
Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and commercial teams.
Ensure on-time raw material sourcing and shipment.
Lead and supervise the merchandising team.
Maintain strong communication with buyers and suppliers.
Job Other Benifits:
