• Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues.

• Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.

• Handling grievances at the initial stage.

• Listening to workers and counseling them as well.

• Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.

• Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.

• Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.

• Coordinating activities of medical issues including its compliance issues.

• Carrying out different awareness programmers as per requirements of different Buyers.

• Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.

• Maintaining registers (Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmers etc.

• Recruitment & selection of workers & supervisors, Orientation, induction & training.

• Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the factory through effective communication, progressive discipline, employee welfare & support, grievance handling & effective OHS Management.

• Any other duties, as assigned by the management.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 1
