Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
JSK Group is expanding its Transport Division (Bus Services & Ticketing Operations) and is seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager (GM) to oversee the entire transport business operations, ensure profitability, and maintain service excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and monitor overall transport business operations (bus routes, ticket counters, drivers, helpers, sales & marketing).
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue, passenger satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Supervise and guide divisional heads: HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, labor law, and government transport regulations.
Oversee fleet management, scheduling, route optimization, and service quality.
Monitor and enforce discipline, safety, and drug-free (Madok Mukto) policies for all transport staff.
Ensure proper financial control, revenue collection, and cost optimization.
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to attract more passengers and corporate clients.
Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to top management.
Act as the key liaison between management and transport division staff.
