  • Manage day-to-day office activities and administrative tasks

  • Maintain office files, documents, and records

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor management

  • Support management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and reporting

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors

  • Assist accounts and HR-related basic tasks when needed
