Responsibilities & Context:

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver software projects end-to-end (scope, timeline, budget, quality).

  • Coordinate with developers, QA, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.

  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; take corrective action where needed.

  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications and client expectations.

  • Prepare project reports and provide regular status updates to management and clients.

  • Manage change requests, scope variations, and project documentation.

Pre-Sales & Tender Participation

  • Support pre-sales activities including requirement clarification, solution proposal, and effort estimation.

  • Participate in tender preparation (technical write-ups, implementation approach, timelines, and costing inputs).

  • Attend client briefings, technical discussions, and clarification meetings.

  • Work with sales and technical teams to define solution architecture and delivery approach.

  • Review tender terms and highlight delivery risks or assumptions.

General Manager / Operational Support Role

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of project delivery and support teams.

  • Help set project priorities and allocate resources across multiple engagements.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and company policies.

  • Support management in improving delivery efficiency, workflows, and best practices.

  • Act as an escalation point for critical project or client issues when required.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, process improvement, and capability development.
