It has four key concerns: International Medical College (IMC), International Medical College Hospital (IMCH), International Nursing College (INC), and International Health Technology Unit (IHTU), with a permanent campus in Gushulia, Sataish, Tongi, Gazipur. The Head Office is located at Bashundhara, Dhaka. The mission of International Medicare Limited (IML) is to advance healthcare services, human resource development and the overall health of the communities.

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager (DGM) for our Administration Division, who will lead and inspire the team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

· Support daily administrative operations of International Medicare Limited (IML) and its sister concern (Medical College, Hospital, Nursing College, Health Technology Unit & Diagnostic Centre).

· Ensure compliance with government health regulations and standards.

· Supervise infrastructure maintenance and procurement of medical supplies.

· Implement and enforce institutional policies and procedures.

· Facilitate staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

· Coordinate between academic and medical departments for smooth operations.

· Oversee patient services, admission, and billing processes.

· Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for IML and its sister concern activities.

· Implement quality assurance and risk management programs.

· Plan for institutional growth, expansions, and technological advancements.

· Liaise with government authorities, stakeholders, and external partners.
