• Must have excellent written skill in MS Office (Bangla and English).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and secretarial skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, honest and hard-working.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Personal Staff of Director, IMCH for all purpose.
• Preserved all job records of officers and staffs of the hospital.
• Responsible maintain form delivery, preservation and distribution etc among the officers and employees.
• Perform all official duties of the hospital.
• Assess the performance of officers, employees, coordinate plans to formulate and implement efficiency improvement plans.
• Responsible to perform other activities as per Director instruction.
