·        Practical Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email Correspondence



Responsibilities & Context:

Shanghai Food & Beverage Company Limited is looking for honest, talented, self-driven, proactive and career-ambitious professionals for the position of Executive “Administrative & Front Desk”, Administration Department. The position of Executive “Administrative & Front Desk” will work to handle the business stakeholders, clients, customers, and guests from the front line at Head office.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

·        Welcome and greet all guests/visitors/customers/clients cordially in a comfortable manner and resolve their requirements.

·        Attend phone calls and answer courteously and redirect them to the appropriate line.

·        Guide guests and issue guest badges/cards and forward them to the required personnel.

·        Manage visitors’ queries and provide quick solutions.

·        Maintain a visitor’s register logbook.

·        Ensure VIP meeting schedule and handle the VIP guest with a good manner.

·        Receive files/documents etc and distribute to the proper person & department.

·        Keep record of meeting schedules and appointments properly.

Maintain & ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
