Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive professional to streamline our cement delivery operations across various depots, ghats, and our head office. A deep understanding of regional logistics and the ability to respond quickly to site-specific challenges are essential for this role. Therefore, candidates who are permanent residents of the required location will be given high priority. We value local expertise, as it ensures better coordination with regional transport networks and more efficient onsite management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect sales orders and create delivery plans using ERP/CRM systems.

  • Coordinate dispatches using company-owned or customer-provided trucks.

  • Prepare and verify invoices, challans, and dispatch documents.

  • Monitor and reconcile stock levels regularly at the depot/ghat.

  • Ensure proper stacking and FIFO handling.

  • Liaise with transporters and vendors to ensure vehicle availability and smooth dispatch operations.

  • Verify vendor bills and submit them to the Distribution Accounts Department for payment.

  • Communicate regularly with the sales team and head office to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Handle dealer/customer queries and coordinate delivery schedules accordingly.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.

  • Submit daily/weekly MIS reports and report any operational issues, stock losses, or damages.
