Bashundhara Sports City is a premier multi-sport destination committed to developing sports culture, hosting flagship events, and building impactful brand partnerships. We are seeking a driven Sales & Sponsorship Executive to support our commercial growth and corporate engagement initiatives.

Role Overview

This role focuses on sports event commercialization, sponsorship acquisition, corporate court bookings, and long-term brand relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize sports events with commercial viability

  • Develop and manage sponsorships for flagship sports events

  • Maintain strong liaison with brands, sponsors, and corporate partners

  • Research and introduce new sports concepts and pricing strategies

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis

  • Acquire corporate clients for recurring/monthly court bookings

  • Ensure timely collection of sponsorship payments

  • Generate proactive event and revenue-driving ideas

  • Conduct cold calls and sales outreach to potential clients

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
