Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Will take care from the cutting to the shipment of multiple factories (Lingerie and Knit Garments) in one premises.
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.
∎ Closely monitor cutting sewing and finishing getting best possible output and giving direction in floor.
∎ Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Always communicate with merchandising team and solve every production related issues.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory production operation.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 year(s) working experience in Lingerie and knit Garments Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Planning & Industrial Engineering, Material Quality- Elastic, Fabric, Thread & others.
