Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall Food and Beverage operations.
∎ Responsible for product marketing and new customer creation.
∎ Responsible for oversee product research and new product development as per current demands/needs.
∎ Develop a positive relationship with clients and stakeholders.
∎ Direct and coordinate daily operations of the plants.
∎ Develop process to increase productivity and enhance performance.
∎ Implement corrective action plans to solve organizational or departmental problems.
∎ Direct, plan and implement policies, objectives, and activities of organizations to ensure continuing operations, maximize returns on investments and increase productivity.
∎ Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency.
∎ Oversee machineries and equipment to ensure that these are in good working order.
∎ Maintain a high standard of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
∎ Reviewing and evaluating customer satisfaction, hiring and training staff and ensuring compliance with all corporate policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage as well as Govt. laws & regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in food plant operation.
∎ Good understanding of Bangladeshi regulatory procedures for food manufacturing.
∎ Good understanding of related machineries.
∎ Verbal communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ 10-15 years' experience in related industry with minimum 3 years in similar position.
