Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor Strategic Business Units (SBU’s) overall commercial, internal control, finance and accounts function in line with the organization’s mission and vision specifically business targets with the guidance of group CFO and company secretary.
∎ Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and share the progress to group CFO and company secretary.
∎ Prepare a complete set of monthly Financials in order to ensure effective internal control & contribute to effective governance.
∎ Ensure financial compliance i.e. SBU’s tax, VAT, etc. and comply with NBR requirements through maintain proper financial documents.
∎ Ensure preparation of different financial report as and when required including risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.
∎ Ensure accurate deduction of tax from vendors invoice, salary etc and deposit the same to govt. exchequer.
∎ Ensure proper recording of sales and collections and reconciles the same on monthly basis.
∎ Ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained with proper documentation.
∎ Establish and maintain effective relationship with sponsor, bank, board of director and financial advisor.
∎ Establish and maintain an effective and efficient cash management system for the company and perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Maintain inventory management system, billing and collection tasks of SBUs in an efficient way in line with Group SCM and Finance & Accounts.
