Mandatory: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

3–5 years of managerial experience preferred.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle multi-department operations efficiently.

1. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet company goals and targets.

3. Supervise staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

4. Manage budgets, resources, and ensure cost-effective operations.

5. Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and Fiji labor laws.

7. Handle problem-solving and decision-making at an organizational level.

• Over time allowance
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
