Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Production operation of the Food factory.
∎ Develop annual work plan as per order.
∎ Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
∎ Ensure an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
∎ Prepare operation budget in a cost effective manner.
∎ Ensure proper coordination of administrative support services.
∎ Ensure compliance and admin issues of the factory.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization men, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Candidate should have a commanding and respected presence.
∎ Monitor operational performance to improve the existing performance and efficiency of the production operatives and processes.
∎ Ensure operations as per process instruction and maintain documents in line with requirements and company policy.
∎ Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule of Mechanical Installations of the Factory and ensure its implementation in due time. Assign and control responsibilities of subordinates discussing with superior.
∎ Prepare spare parts requisition both local & foreign items and send the same to procurement department through proper channel and follow up the requisition status.
∎ Take steps to reduce machines breakdown due to mechanical faults.
∎ Design necessary mechanical diagram for new machine.
∎ Keep liaison between Maintenance and Store department for spare parts and among Maintenance, Production, Quality Assurance and Administration department for maintenance work and Coordinate departmental activities with others.
∎ Discuss with superiors regarding important issues related to improvement of systems and operations of the department and seek opinion when needed.
∎ Discharge such other functions as may be assigned to this post from time to time by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 10 year(s) with minimum years in Food factory.
