Job Responsibilities:
∎ The FactoryManager will oversee all daily operations of the plant.
∎ Responsible for daily production output, product quality and daily on-time delivery.
∎ Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day washing operations.
∎ Factory Head will report directly to MD.
∎ Will be responsible for managing all types of washing chemicals.
∎ Will be responsible to manage machinery maintenance and improvement.
∎ Will directly lead chemical preparation section.
∎ Must work closely on the floor with each section.
∎ Directly lead worker training and improvement planning.
∎ We are looking for a head of factory who can develop to a Head of Operations position within 5 years time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A WASHING PLANT OPERATIONS.
∎ Proven work experience as a washing plant manager.
∎ Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
∎ Be knowledgeable on washing chemicals.
∎ Must have Computer literacy.
Salary: Negotiable
