∎ Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar position/designation.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth production as per estimate in all concern units and proper organogram to be prepared.
∎ Ensure that all machines, including utilities run at optimum speed and efficiency.
∎ Coordinate between all the concern departments and also take any initiative for the betterment of factory and liaison with supporting departments.
∎ Maximum utilization of resources (human resource, raw material, machinery & other resources) through minimizing/avoiding wastage & inefficiency.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in the performance & efficiency (Performance Management) of subordinates through motivation, supervision, counseling, control & training.
∎ Ensure safety & security of the concern units.
∎ Recommend the company Management in order to incorporate any changes in to the production process for minimizing the cost of production.
∎ Maintain house-keeping in the concern units & surrounding.
∎ Preparation of maintenance schedules (Preventive) and monitoring their executions.
∎ Monitoring, supervision of erection, installation and commissioning of machineries as and when necessary.
