Educational Requirements:
∎ Engineering Graduate in Electro-Mechanical/Mechanical/Electrical from any reputed Public/Foreign University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & Develop cross functional activities to complete deliverables for new project development;
∎ Works with project management and senior management to define scope and justification for new installation;
∎ Manages risks, develops mitigation plans and resolves problems impacting project completion, proactively resolving electro-mechanical issues and escalating to management when necessary;
∎ Design and execution all the electro mechanical requirements of the projects including plant and machinery, pumping systems, environmental compliance infrastructure, Fire protection systems etc.;
∎ Monitor and the implementation of preventive maintenance plans for the various electro-mechanical systems;
∎ Perform equipment validation that are used to produce products in the industry;
∎ Initiate a variety of functional and operational tests on developmental electro-mechanical systems, subsystems;
∎ Setup, Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform Preventative Maintenance on various equipment;
∎ Plan and supervise projects for electrical works, air-conditioning, ventilation and heating (HVAC) systems;
∎ Prepare operating budgets of all electro-mechanical control, engineering works and maintenance services;
∎ Supervise renovation works, and coordinate the management of maintenance and technical installations;
∎ Propose and initiate cost-savings on technical functionality and make recommendations there on;
∎ Regular inspection and monitor to technical facilities and ensure the implementation required necessity;
∎ Keep abreast of technological developments in the electro-mechanical aspects in consultation management;
∎ Adhered to HSE of the works executed of site personal, resources and assets;
∎ Write and submit reports to the Board of Directors in all matters of importance;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 16 years of experience out of which 4 –5 years should be in similar position in any large Group of Companies/ MNC;
∎ Proven experience in industrial or tertiary electro-mechanical works or installations maintenance;
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience in managing and coordinating complex works projects and services;
∎ Should have delivering quality of operations and services with technical analysis, expert opinion, evaluation, etc.
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in all senior levels as well as respected authorities.
∎ Proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft soft knowledge, especially in ERP;
∎ Good interpersonal and excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving capacity;
