Job Context:
∎ A General Manager/ Deputy General Manager- Q.A/ Q. C is responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance and control operations within a company or organization. This includes setting and implementing quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing quality improvement initiatives, and directing the activities of the QA and QC teams.
∎ General Manager or Deputy General Manager of QA/QC plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of a company`s products, processes, and services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raw materials inspection & lab testing to assure materials quality for manufacturing products.
∎ Pre-production technical analysis to add quality to products while it is in work-in- the process or manufacturing stage.
∎ Product decision-making as well as buyer decisions on behalf of the manufacturer.
∎ Finished goods audit by using AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) to make the sure quality for each lot shipment.
∎ Report evaluation from raw materials inspection to final audit of finished goods until shipment.
∎ Prepare weekly monthly defect rates on various inspection areas for Top Management.
∎ Make sure that all information/product specification from buyers was followed by the factory properly.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Determining operational and performance qualification.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by: Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and Technical support.
∎ Conducts audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Output review against the sample. Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Taking necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happens.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Must have experience in handling reputed Buyer.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
