Experience:

• At least 15 years

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public university.

• At least 15 years

• Age 40 to 45 years

1. At least 15 years in factory operation.
2. At least 20 years where at least 10 years in concrete block / tiles/Ceramic making factory.
3. Should have 15 years` experience in factory operation specially in building products manufacturing factory.
4. Should have enough knowledge about machinery specially in concrete block making machinery.
5. Should have enough knowledge about transport & delivery management.
6. Expertise in product development.
7. Very dynamic and hard working.

1. Providing efficient leadership for factory management.
2. Research and development for improvement of product quality & quantity.
3. Making yearly production plan and ensure monthly production.
4. Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery.
5. Monitor day to day operation and supervise all unites of factory.
6. Responsibility of doing the feasibility study of new machinery.
7. Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
8. Ensuring proper safety of the persons, materials as well as for the factory.
9. Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine and materials to improve production capacity.
10. Ensure regular training and development program for all level of staffs.
11. Ensure product delivery on time as per requirement.
12. Ensure all the machinery and transports always are in good condition.
13. Coordination and follow up with Govt. authority (if needed)
