Job Context:
∎ British Bangla Chemical Limited (A UK-Bangladesh Joint Venture Company)
∎ Managing all operational aspects of the Chemical project.
∎ Job Location : Sreemangal, Moulvibazar, Bangladesh (Project Site).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete management of construction project site, which includes, but is not limited to, leading the project site team, planning project timelines and ensuring the proper execution of work in each department.
∎ Ensuring the timely availability of materials, workforce, equipment and other supports on site for each task. This includes coordinating with subcontractors / suppliers and with the local community to support the project work.
∎ Regularly updating top management about the overall status of project site
∎ Responsible for execution of all production work, including converting inputs into outputs as per top management instruction.
∎ Work with the Production team to make a plan and to liaise with the Buyers and Management to ensure the delivery.
∎ To closely monitor, and ensure the implementation of the production schedule. Will be responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met.
∎ Inline & Midline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions;
∎ To prepare and monitor production plan weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Ensuring materials are in-house and approvals are all received.
∎ Must ensure all proper documentation of all activities in the production & Quality are arranged, as per industry and buyer standards and maintain daily follow up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 15 years (any Chemical factory preferable)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Cement, lime, rolling mill or any
∎ Must have experience in heavy industries (Cement, Pharmaceutical, Steel).
∎ To be able to lead the team & handle all types of emergency situation when arise during the shift.
∎ Must have good working knowledge about all the operation & control system of the running machinery (Main & Auxiliary).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work in a team.
