Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all dyeing activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement dyeing recipes and processes to achieve desired colors and quality standards.
- Develop and execute dyeing production upto 20 ton per day.
- Update production planning time to time as per requirement.
- Responsible for Lab dip, Recipe, Sample fabric follow up.
- Strong Marketing for collection of Grey Fabric to execute 20 ton production per day.
- Strong community skill to Convince Party and suppliers.
