Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all quality and technical requirement before start bulk.
∎ Prepare all supporting guidelines to process.
∎ Making mock-up if need for simplifying critical operation or any innovation.
∎ Solving all the technical issues in sewing floor.
∎ Preparing best practice to the each and every style with IE and Maintenance department together in advance.
∎ Alerting in all production drop places and quality problem areas due on technical reason and involve on the spot to solve the issues.
∎ Feeding new styles to the sewing lines if required.
∎ Assuring with authorizing all floor pattern and measurement.
∎ Responsible for the production drop if "Technical Problem".
∎ Training machine operators.
∎ Building method simplifying to find the BEST practice with relevant floor from IE Officer.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve production and efficiency.
∎ Train, motivate & supervise the Production team to meet the objectives.
∎ Responsible for solving Technical issue faced in manufacturing areas.
∎ This may include finding root cause lying in Pre-production activities to Post production activities.
∎ To give necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain an acceptable production limit and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule. If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then the reason is to be found out from the production manager and he is to be guided for more production.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made an exportable stage.
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ Responsible for template section ( Template section directly report to Sr. Technician).
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Should have proper knowledge on all sewing technical issues.
∎ Must have knowledge on computer applications.
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
∎ Specialized knowledge in outerwear.
Salary: Negotiable
