Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology or equivalent.
∎ Skills Required: At least 5 years Practical Experience in garment Fit control

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the correct FIT and performance of Garments
∎ Work closely with designers and production people, advise Selection Team to choose the best available fabrics
∎ Responsible to control the FIT for all the styles selected by the management
∎ Pattern adjustment on CAD as per requirement
∎ Support design teams through all stages of product development
∎ Production follow-up in all stages of the production to ensure quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proven track record of developing prototype garments from sample or design
∎ Testing FIT of the garment for approval of bulk production
∎ Previous experience as a pattern cutter or working with development and production
∎ Patterns will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience in making size grading from the design and making grade-wise measurement sheets with Tecpack.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Increment shall be given based on performance after the completion of the probation period.
