Job Responsibilities:
∎ On floor involvement:
∎ Review all quality and technical requirement before start bulk.
∎ Prepare all supporting guidelines required for the process.
∎ Make mock-ups if needed for simplifying critical operations.
∎ Solve all the technical issues in sewing floor.
∎ Prepare best practice for each and every style, together with IE and Maintenance departments in advance.
∎ Involve in all bottle-neck operations and areas with quality issues due to technical reasons and solve the issues on the spot.
∎ Feeding new styles to the sewing lines.
∎ Assuring sewing floor patterns and measurements.
∎ Responsible for the production drop if "Technical Problem".
∎ Attending Line feeding meeting.
∎ Attending daily production meeting and support to raise the production.
∎ Weekly and monthly KPI review meeting.
∎ Train machine operators.
∎ Method simplifying to find the best practice together with IE Staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have good leadership ability.
∎ Good team spirit, able to work under pressure and deliver the job within the right timeline.
