∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or a related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7–10 years of experience in garment quality assurance, ideally within women’s apparel (woven and knit).
∎ Strong pattern making skills, including knowledge of CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra) is highly preferred.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work proactively, solve problems independently, and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the implementation and oversight of quality assurance systems and procedures across all production stages.
∎ Review and approve samples at various stages (proto, fit, size set, PP, and shipment).
∎ Provide technical feedback and guidance on garment construction, especially for ladies’ blouses and woven tops.
∎ Offer hands-on support with pattern evaluation and corrections, fit analysis, and garment troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure all products meet customer quality standards, compliance regulations, and composition testing requirements.
∎ Location: Euro centra Co. Ltd. Bangladesh Liaison Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Reporting To: Head of Quality / Country Manager
∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are looking for a strong team leader, highly skilled with deep expertise in garment quality assurance, pattern making, and ladies’ blouse fitting to join our team in Dhaka.
∎ Preference will be given to qualified female candidates, as we are committed to building a diverse and balanced team.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
