Solid understanding of supply chain best practices based on a global ERP/Management Information System in a group environment
Very strong communication and documentation skills (Verbal and Written in English)

Very eager to learn new concepts and technologies for digital transformation
Very strong teamwork, issue tracking, and issue management skills
A top academic performer with excellent results/CGPA is preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Work with business users to understand their processes, workflows, and data needs
Design and configure NetSuite: Develop and implement NetSuite configurations to support business processes, including: Inventory and supply chain management, Purchasing and procurement, Sales and Manufacturing
Conduct thorough testing to ensure that NetSuite configurations and customizations meet business requirements and are free of errors
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on how to effectively use NetSuite
Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements like to provide user support to ensure proper customer satisfaction, travel to project sites as required
