Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• At least 3 years

• Knowledge of specific industry verticals (e.g., retail, manufacturing, professional services)

• ERP knowledge is a plus point

• Solid understanding of supply chain best practices based on a global ERP/Management Information System in a group environment

• Very strong communication and documentation skills (Verbal and Written in English)

• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Very eager to learn new concepts and technologies for digital transformation

• Very strong teamwork, issue tracking, and issue management skills

• A top academic performer with excellent results/CGPA is preferred

• Work with business users to understand their processes, workflows, and data needs

• Design and configure NetSuite: Develop and implement NetSuite configurations to support business processes, including: Inventory and supply chain management, Purchasing and procurement, Sales and Manufacturing

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure that NetSuite configurations and customizations meet business requirements and are free of errors

• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on how to effectively use NetSuite

• Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements like to provide user support to ensure proper customer satisfaction, travel to project sites as required
