Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing and analyzing websites along with the areas of improvement and optimization.
∎ Having strong ownership and understanding of UI/UX.
∎ Designing and building the website front-end.
∎ Seeing out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Creating a functional yet visually appealing user interface that is both intuitive and practical to use.
∎ Creating the website architecture and helping the team with your own opinion to select development & design patterns.
∎ Android and Apple App Creating and Maintenance.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing team along with the design team to design the interfaces, research on relevant design principles, libraries and industry best practice.
∎ Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
∎ Working directly with the product and customer experience team to deliver the best outcomes.
∎ Accessing industry best practice tools and concepts, including APIs, cloud hosting, UI frameworks and more.
∎ Installing/configuring/modifying the multi-inventory plugins.
∎ Generating WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
∎ Conducting website performance tests.
∎ Troubleshooting content issues.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the live website.
∎ Developing custom functionalities.
∎ Performing site backups & version controlling(Git).
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
∎ Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
∎ Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
∎ Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Qualification in Computer Science
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills
∎ At list 01 WP Theme Approved on marketplace(e.g:Themeforest)
∎ Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React and Amber
∎ Experience with database technology such as MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
∎ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
∎ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
∎ Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
∎ Fluency in English Spoken.
