∎ B.Sc in CSE/ EEE/ ETE or Graduate from any discipline with high level of experience in Full Stack Web Development (PHP, Laravel, Wordpress etc.) are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Skills Required: Web Developer/ Web Designer, WordPress
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Develop API, HTML & CSS, Laravel, MVC, Web Developer/ Web Designer, WordPress, Wordpress Plugin Development, WordPress theme development and customization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities include developing core components for our many different websites including e-commerce platform with PHP, Laravel framework. We need many more websites securely built with Wordpress.
∎ Wordpress theme customization, plugin customization, wordpress security
∎ Optimize performance of web applications and create and utilize best standards.
∎ Developing and implementing different third party APIs like Google API, Ajax Libraries APIs, SMS integration, Jason APIs.
∎ Server side security & maintaining un-managed server will be a plus.
∎ Database Design and development
∎ Designing back-end of e-commerce merchant and user accounts
∎ Good experience on working with WHM & cpanel to comply with coding.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
∎ You will be a highly motivated and creative professional with strong coding and technical design skills and the ability to take an idea from initial research through to final delivery. You need to have followings skills and qualities:
∎ Must have intimate knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (JQuery, Mootools & Prototype & AJAX), Api, PHP, MySQL.
∎ PHP frameworks : Laravel
∎ In-depth knowledge of different frameworks React JS
∎ Design effective and optimize database in MySql, SQlite, postgres and Sql Server.
∎ Understanding of different types of Object Relational Mappers.
∎ Experienced in Version control systems (SVN, GIT).
∎ Experienced using WordPress or other Content Management System, including modifying Themes or make new WordPress Themes and Plugins. Themeforest/Mojo Experience is a must.
∎ Extreme knowledge about PSD to XHTML by DIV tag and CSS approach
∎ Writing easily understandable and modifiable scripts.
∎ Customize back-end according to client's requirements.
∎ Sound working experience and in depth knowledge in Accounting, Point of Sales (POS), Inventory, MLM, E-Commerce, Payment Gateway and integrated package on all above shall be considered as remark able plus point.
∎ Coding/Bug-fixing/Unit-testing following the provident standards.
∎ Experienced in UI/UX design
∎ Good knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO best practices, Web traffic booster, Web analytics, Google Ad, Email marketing, SMS marketing
∎ A love of collaboration with other departments.
∎ Strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines including discernment of which projects are of greatest value to the company and marketing team.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills in English and Bengali
