Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after various day to day activities including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) or Web Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, and offline activation activities.
∎ Planning & managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's brand, products, and services.
∎ To ensure a high level of customer care for the clients and to support the delivery of daily work to the clients.
∎ Keeping records, creating the task, helping clients complete their file delivery, and updating reporting tools where necessary.
∎ Handle all inquiries in a courteous and helpful way; these may be by email, skype, or zoom call.
∎ Designing & overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Developing & monitoring campaign budgets and work to get budget spending approvals and campaign reporting
∎ Planning & managing our social media platforms including: plan for social media strategies, designing and/or creating social media contents, building social media campaigns (or get it done), implementing various social media strategies, monitoring social media strengths and performances, etc.
∎ Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance based on various KPIs set by the company.
∎ Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results and take proper measures for business growth of the company.
∎ Identifying the latest trends & technologies affecting the Graphic Design Outsourcing & BPO industry.
∎ Evaluating important metrics & KPIs that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
∎ Drawing the attention of the global relevant customers and must have a proven track record. Good command in generating online leads.
∎ Working closely with our Digital Marketing Team to ensure various digital project deadlines and operations.
∎ Working with our Digital Marketing Team to brainstorm new & innovative growth strategies.
∎ Overseeing and managing various digital projects with various third parties and appointed consultants.
∎ Administer & Manage Active Directory Server, File Server, Web Hosting Server (hardly required)
∎ Manage & Maintain Firewall, Proxy, Web Server, NAT, DNS, FTP, SMB services in FreeBSD platform, mostly FreeNAS (hardly required)
∎ Solving and guiding the team for any technical difficulties (PC, Server and Router) if arises
∎ Processing invoices through 2checkout, Paypal, Payoneer and Bank
∎ Assist admin/account manager with invoices and payment instructions.
∎ Report directly on a daily to weekly-basis to reporting boss for various digital marketing and Social Media growths & performances.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
