Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Write engaging landing page copy, blog articles, case studies, and email content.
∎ Research and craft customer success stories and testimonials.
∎ Optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and lead generation.
∎ Develop persuasive sales and promotional copy for marketing campaigns.
∎ Proofread and edit marketing materials to maintain quality and consistency.
∎ Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
∎ Optimize email subject lines, CTAs, and content for higher open and click-through rates.
∎ Track email performance and apply A/B testing for continuous improvement.
∎ Plan and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
∎ Monitor and respond to social media interactions, building relationships with the audience.
∎ Create and post engaging visuals and infographics using Canva.
∎ Manage Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, and online discussion forums to build a loyal community.
∎ Track and analyze social media performance, making data-driven improvements.
∎ Work closely with the design and development teams to align content with brand identity.
∎ Research and analyze audience insights to refine content marketing strategies.
