Responsibilities & Context:
We’re a growing startup building a microservices-based, multi-tenant platform. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer (2–3 years’ experience) who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role is backend-focused (Python, Node.js, or Go) with frontend development in React/Next.js. You’ll work across services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, helping us move quickly while keeping systems reliable and scalable.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain backend services in Python, Node JS, or Go
• Develop frontend features using NEXT JS
• Design multi-tenant data models and APIs (REST/gRPC)
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery/queues
• Contribute to microservices design and scaling
• Deploy and operate services on AWS and GCP
• Collaborate closely in a startup team environment — fast iterations, quick delivery
Minimum qualifications
• 2–3 years of professional experience as a full-stack or backend developer
• Strong in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, or Go)
• Experience with React/Next.js frontend development
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis
• Understanding of microservices and/or multi-tenant systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines
Nice to have
• Experience with Celery or other background workers
• Exposure to multiple backend languages (polyglot experience)
• Kubernetes or distributed systems knowledge
• Security, auth, and tenant-isolation best practices
